MODERN SLAVERY STATEMENT
Contact Recruitment is a company that supplies temporary labour to businesses who require a flexible solution to their workforce requirements.
Contact engages with both clients and temporary workers across the Driving, Industrial, Waste and Commercial Sectors.
Contact recognises that certain sectors will be more susceptible to human trafficking and slavery than others, but Contact is committed to driving high standards across all its supply chains, irrespective of sector.
Contact places paramount importance on only working with suppliers who treat their obligations towards modern slavery with the importance that Contact does. We will not work with any organisation within our supply chains that is unable to demonstrate a corresponding commitment to this subject, irrespective of whether they are required to do statutorily or otherwise.
Contact has a modern slavery policy and educates its employees regarding the types of factors which can indicate that a temporary worker may be subject to undue influence and actively encourages employees to report any suspicious activity.
Contact has developed a robust internal process that audits its workforce to prevent the possibility that individuals are being subjected to modern slavery.
The directors of Contact believe that driving out slavery in any form from all corners of its supply chains is fundamental to the aims of the business.
